☕Why Your Loot Didn't Drop

Good morning! A light post for your light brew☕(or dark - no judgments).

There are multiple bugs in Destiny right now you need to know about.

Exodus Crash Nightfall

• If you wipe in the boss room, you need to head back to kill a Champion before entering the boss room again. You won’t get a Platinum ranking for the highest possible rewards.

• Energy fields you need to run through before you get to the Fallen Tank at the end may not appear. This prevents you from furthering the Nightfall at all, causing you to restart.

Corrupted Nightfall

• Overload Hobgoblins may continue to heal themselves even when you’ve disrupted them with Overload Rounds.

• They may also continue to spam their abilities (those pesky seeker bolts) even when they’ve been stunned.

• The elevator will sometimes not work. Only the host would be able to activate it.

• Platinum is entirely NOT possible to get. You are not crazy or missing a Champion.

The Fanatic Nightfall

• If you kill the Tank too fast, it’s possible you cannot progress further because the barrier does not go down.

• The Fanatic’s tether may continue pulling you if you break The Fanatics barrier. This causes you to get smashed.

Massively delayed loot drops

There’s a bug in Destiny right now where your loot won’t immediately drop for you. Activities that guarantee an item like a raid encounter will give nothing when you clear.

The drop will eventually come but it can even take as long as 5 minutes.

Bungie is already aware of this issue and Cozmo has passed this along. Hopefully, this gets fixed sooner than later.
